Damian Lazarus (Crosstown Rebels) and Michael Mayer (Kompakt Records) have hosted Stink parties at the T Bar in London for the past six months. Stink has been responsible for some legendary sessions of forward thinking electronic music and all round tomfoolery.This summer Stink will be relocating to Ibiza for a special nine week session. The promoters of Circo Loco have invited Crosstown Rebels and Kompakt to take over Friday nights at DC10 and bring a different flavour to the island. With a line-up that goes from psy-trance gods Infected Mushroom to minimal master Damian Lazarus, via electroclash originator Felix Da Housecat and indie dancers Digitalism, it's definitely the best thing to happen to Hampshire since, well, Homelands at least.

Simian Mobile Disco tell us to suck their deck

(London, UK) - Simian Mobile Disco have mixed the latest Suck My Deck compilation for Bugged Out. And this seems to be another change of direction for the ever-changing mix series, which started with the electro-stylings of Ivan Smagghe, then proceeded to the more minimal sounds of Damian Lazarus, before meeting the Simian's for a (new) rave warehouse session somewhere in East London. Or that's what it sounds like, anyway.
