Marco V Cancels Syria Gig After Death Threats

(Amsterdam, NL) - Dutch tech-trance DJ Marco V, one of DJ Mag's Top 20 DJ; s, has cancelled his debut gig in Syria because of death threats. After getting death threats on his website, through his myspace page and via his management (Anna Agency), Marco V decided he didn't want to take the risk that his tormentors were all talk and no action.

Due to the aggressive and threatening tone of email and messages left for Marco V both online and with his management, the show in which Marco was to perform as the 1st international DJ to play in Damascus in Syria has been cancelled.

Trance Energy 15th Anniversary

(Amsterdam, NL) - The 23th of February it was time for the 15th edition of the biggest trance event in the world: Trance Energy. Almost 10 years ago, ID&T started this event, and it grew out to the main event for trance minded party visitors. Previous performance by Tieesto, ATB, Marco V, Klubbheads and and so on are still talked about. Though, not by me... The 15th Edition of Trance Energy was my very first trance event.

The special 15th anniversary of Trance Energy will be held in Jaarbeurs, Utrecht.
