The first round of Rotterdam Electronic Music Festival took over the techno town Rotterdam for three consecutive days, and nights of electronic euphoria from the 9th to the 11th November. Entwining a production and record fair with a multitude of workshops, film presentations and installations topped by DJ and live performances, REMF rocked the city with electronic experiences ranging from disco to gabber. It simply had it all. From day one on, REMF proved to really deliver electronics in all its colours and shades, not only the now so fashionable minimalist ones.

Hybrid is a pair of Welsh boys who must be some of the hardest working lads in dance music. The Pet Shop Boys rock on

The British superstar pop duo the Pet Shop Boys have been doing their thing since the early eighties, and they are still going strong. Having released their long awaited artist album Fundamental last May on Parlophone, the album's second single Minimal, released today, is causing havoc on the air. Minimal's more dancey mixes have hit the UK Buzz chart at number three and at number two in the Music Week Cool Cuts chart.
