What Electronic Genre is taking the lead?

Personally I think that there is nothing better than Trance
But House and euro dance and all sorts of specific styles are becoming more and more popular.

What genre do you think is the next big thing!

Cheers!

Trance. I hope so. But there is too much progressive sounds.... Maybe technomaniacs like Carl Cox or Jeff Milles will be great impulse for other deejays. Maybe D`n`B....

If you start from 90 dance music was very popular but there was also electro like nitzer ebb,razormaid... 95 was year of rave Marusha,Westbam...(96,97,98.99 - 2000)in this period techno was amazing everyone were creating unique styles not so much melodic but they had deep rhtyam.2001-2003 Thechouse was popular and it isnt so bad.2004 is year very important it start minimal, techno has became very comercial, but its new year for dj rush, felix krocher,witenkind.2005 minimal is getting bigger all know techno dj have been starting produce minimal we know adam beyer and his style.2006-2007 everyone is on minimal its like drog and everyone is addicted.break beat will be next or electronic.
